PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear of dirt an external surface of a tank of the main brake cylinder and the next details.
2. To uncover a tank.
3. To check level of brake liquid. If necessary to add in a tank brake liquid, interchangeable with DOT 3 brand liquid, and to finish level to norm.
4. To establish into place a tank cover.
5. To remove air from the block of hydraulic modulators (see fig. Air removal from the block of modulators).
5а. To put on the union of the back valve for production of air pure plasticity a vy hose. Other end of a hose to lower in pure capacity, partially
5б. Slowly to unscrew the valve of production of air on 1/2–3/4 turns.
5в. To press by means of the assistant a brake pedal and to hold her in the pressed situation until brake liquid will start to leave.
5г. To wrap the valve of production of air and to release a brake pedal. To repeat operations B and Several times, brake liquid without air vials yet will not start to leave. To tighten the valve of production of air the moment of 9 Nanometers.
5д. To repeat the described operations for the forward valve of production of air.
Prevention

Exit of brake liquid from both valves of production of air the witness ствует that cavities of modulators are filled with liquid. But it yet does not guarantee total absence of air in the block of modulators. After carrying out the described operations it is necessary to pass to air removal from wheel brake cylinders which are located below the block of modulators. Having pumped over wheel cylinders, it is necessary to let out finally the remained air from cavities of modulators.


6. To uncover a tank with brake liquid.
7. To check level of brake liquid. If necessary to add in a tank brake liquid, interchangeable with DOT 3 brand liquid, and to finish level to norm.
8. To establish into place a tank cover.
9. To lift and fix properly the car.
Prevention

Air removal from wheel brake cylinders is necessary for carrying out in the following sequence:
    – cylinder of the right back wheel;
    – cylinder of the left back wheel;
    – cylinder of the right forward wheel;
    – cylinder of the left forward wheel.


10. To remove air from wheel cylinders of drum-type and disk brakes, fig. Air removal from the working cylinder of a back wheel and fig. Air removal from the working cylinder of a forward wheel.
