To disassemble

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To dismantle the wheel cylinder 307 from a basic disk.
2. Protective covers 301.
3. Pistons 302 and consolidations 303.
4. Razzhimny spring 304.
5. A cap 305 and the valve 306 for air removal.

To check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. A mirror of the wheel cylinder and pistons 302 on existence:
     – scratches;
     – dents;
     – corrosion traces;
     – wear tracks.
2. To remove by means of a soft bezvorsovy fabric easy traces of corrosion from a cylinder mirror. If it is not possible to remove traces of corrosion, to replace the wheel cylinder.

To clear

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To wash out all details alcohol or fresh brake liquid.
2. To dry up details a stream of the compressed air which is not containing oils.
3. Before assembly to grease a cylinder mirror, pistons, consolidations by fresh brake liquid.

To collect
Prevention

Before assembly to apply a thin film pastes for brake cylinders on a mirror of the cylinder and all new rubber details (except protective covers).


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To screw the valve 306 and to put on a cap 305.
2. To insert a spring 304.
3. Consolidations 303 and pistons 302.
4. Protective covers 301.
5. To check free moving of pistons 302 in the cylinder.
6. To fix the wheel cylinder on a brake basic disk 4.
